Summer Fun!

Summer is a wonderful time of year – full of fun outdoor activities such as concerts, festivals, sporting events and craft shows.  Please keep in mind that tickets provided to these events are considered gifts and may trigger reporting obligations (both lobbying and financial disclosure) for those giving and receiving them. Ticketed/entry fee events where the value is $25.01 or greater trigger lobbying reporting obligations.  As a reminder, lobbyists are prohibited from providing Members and/or legislative staff with gift(s) totaling more than $75, aggregated per calendar year.
