Non-disputed Notice Requirements

Lobbyists and their employers are required to report and itemize certain expenditures on the Activity & Expenditure Reports they file with JLEC three times per year.  Anytime a reportable individual is disclosed on an Activity & Expenditure Report, the recipient must be notified of the disclosure in writing at least 10 calendar days prior to the report being filed with JLEC.  To learn more about itemized expenditures and what information must be included in the disclosure notice, please see the Non-disputed Notice Requirements Memorandum available on our website.
