REMINDER: Upcoming Deadlines

January 31, 2020 – Deadline to submit payment for executive agency and retirement system renewal registrations.  Please note payment may be submitted electronically via OLAC or via USPS/in-person by check or money order.  If paying via check/money order please include the corresponding invoice(s) or confirmation number(s) for the renewal registrations for which you are submitting payment.

January 31, 2020 – Deadline to submit September – December 2019 Lobbying Activity & Expenditure Reports.  Lobbyists and employers are encouraged to submit reports as soon as possible.  Please note, if disclosing itemized expenditures, written notice must be provided to the expenditure recipient not later than 10 days prior to the lobbyist/employer filing the corresponding activity and expenditure report. 

January 31, 2020 – Deadline to submit September – December 2019 Updated Post Employment Disclosure Statements. 

February 18, 2020 – Deadline for legislative candidates, including current Members of the General Assembly who are legislative candidates and legislative candidates running unopposed, appearing on the March 17, 2020 primary election ballot to submit their 2019 financial disclosure statement to JLEC.  Statements dropped off at the office, submitted electronically or post-marked by February 18, 2020 are timely filed.  The JLEC office is open Presidents Day, February 17, 2020, to answer your financial disclosure statement questions.
