10 Day Notice Requirement

The deadline to file May – August 2015 Activity & Expenditure Reports is September 30, 2015.  Please remember, anytime a reportable individual is disclosed on an Activity & Expenditure Report, the recipient must be notified of the disclosure in writing at least 10 calendar days prior to the report being filed with JLEC.  To learn more about itemized expenditures and what information must be included in the disclosure notice, please visit the Ohio Lobbying Handbook or view the Model Non-disputed Notice Form available on our website.
